This website is operated by VisionX Manufacturing LLC ("VisionX"). By using visxmfg.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
VisionX sells exclusively at wholesale, through approved dealers. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell products at retail to the general public. Prices shown are manufacturer's suggested retail prices (MSRP) for reference; per-unit dealer cost is provided to approved dealers under a separate wholesale price sheet.
We work to keep specifications, pricing, and availability accurate, but they are subject to change without notice and may contain errors. MSRP, dealer pricing, lead times, promotions (including free-shipping offers), and product details are confirmed at the time of order. Photographs, renderings, and the 3D configurator are illustrative and may differ from delivered product.
Submitting a dealer application does not create a dealer relationship or any binding agreement. Acceptance is at VisionX's discretion and is confirmed separately. Any dealer relationship is governed by the dealer agreement and terms provided at signup, which control if they conflict with anything on this site.
Product warranties are described on our Lifetime Guarantee page and in the documentation provided with each order, which set out the full terms, coverage, and limitations. Except as expressly stated there, products are provided without other warranties to the extent permitted by law.
The VisionX name, logo, site content, images, and the 3D configurator are the property of VisionX Manufacturing LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Approved dealers may use VisionX marketing materials as provided for the purpose of reselling VisionX products.
Don't use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or submit false information through our forms.
The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisionX is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. This does not limit any rights you have under a dealer agreement or a product warranty.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
